8.4.2019 – Spilios Spiliopoulos and Partners Law Office acts on behalf of a public limited company for the purpose of providing legal opinions and legal processing of annexes to bond loan provision contracts.
Corporate bond loans are an alternative source of financing for companies, compared to direct bank lending and share capital increases.
They are issued to finance a company with debt capital, are used to meet working capital needs of a more permanent nature and investment needs and are covered either by banking institutions (usually on a syndicated basis) or, through them, by institutional or private investors.
Corporate bond loans are governed by Law 3156/2003.
