Customer Compensation Claim – Distribution agreement

26.4.2019- Spilios Spiliopoulos & Partners Law Firm acts for the effective legal and judicial representation of a public limited company, in a customer compensation claim filed at the Athens Court of First Instance.
In his action, the plaintiff, a trader of the defendant company, claims that his cooperation with the defendant company was exclusive distribution and seeks customer compensation, a fact which is disputed by the defendant, which claims that the cooperation between them constituted mere distribution and therefore the provisions of the law on the payment of customer compensation do not apply in the case at issue.
