3.6.2019 – Spilios Spiliopoulos & Partners Law Firm represents SFAKIANAKIS INSURANCE SA in a lawsuit against an insurance agent, before the Athens Court of First Instance, for withheld and unpaid premiums.
In particular, in her action, the plaintiff seeks to be awarded the premiums which the insurance agent had not paid for a number of years, while at the same time requesting compensation for the moral damage suffered by her as a result of the above conduct, which constitutes a criminal offence and a tort under the Civil Code.
