Title Verification
Before any real estate sale, following a prior written agreement between our firm and the prospective buyer, our specialized associates conduct a complete, thorough, and detailed title verification of the property, both at the Land Registry Office and the Cadastre. Property owners should promptly seek to correct these issues through appropriate legal procedures (such as correction of obvious errors, lawsuits for correction, etc.) to prevent any risk to their property rights.
Certificate of Inheritance: What It Is and When It Is Needed
A person’s status as an heir—whether by will or intestacy (due to their familial relationship with the deceased)—is not definitive or secure, as it can be overturned by a later will of the deceased. In such a case, a potential buyer of the relevant property may become involved in endless legal disputes, where they will be the weaker party due to their lack of familial connection to the deceased, risking the loss of the acquired property.
The only way for a buyer to safeguard themselves against these risks is to request the issuance of a Certificate.

Following the completion of a thorough title check, our office undertakes—upon agreement and written authorization from the client—the drafting of a Title Due Diligence Report for the specific property. The Title Due Diligence Report is a legal document that provides written and signed assurance to the client or prospective buyer regarding the legal status of the property, with full responsibility assumed by our office.
Property Valuation Services Across Greece and Preparation of Property Valuation Reports
Our office offers Property Valuation Report services in collaboration with specialized property appraisers, for both individuals and legal entities involved in real estate transactions. A Property Valuation Report can be used in a wide range of scenarios, including property purchases and sales, financing, loan restructurings, legal proceedings, and investment decision-making.
