It is regulated by Articles 843 and 850 of the Code of Civil Procedure. This procedure has been established for all securities, with the exception of interest coupons, dividend coupons, and interest-free promissory notes payable on demand (895 of the Civil Code). The purpose of this trial is for the court to take the necessary measures to prevent the payment to an unauthorized person of the value embodied in the stolen negotiable instrument, lost, or destroyed, or, conversely, to compel the debtor to issue a new security to replace the one that was stolen, lost, or accidentally destroyed. The bearer of the title, who is usually its owner, is entitled to submit the relevant application to the court.

July 10, 2013 – The law firm “Spilios Spiliopoulos and Associates” is acting on behalf of the company SFAKIANAKIS SA for the replacement of a lost security and its declaration as invalid.

[525

post-5962","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-cases
July 10, 2013 – The law firm "Spilios Spiliopoulos and Associates" is acting on behalf of the company SFAKIANAKIS SA for the replacement of a lost security and its declaration as invalid.
["GET
