29.3.2018 – The law firm “Spilios Spiliopoulos and Partners” is acting and representing in court before the Court of Auditors the company “ERGOTRAK AE” by filing an application for annulment against the act of the Court of Auditors which ruled that the signing of the public contract for the supply of vehicles (buses) is prevented due to the violation of the terms of the tender due to the unlawful exclusion of another participating company from the procurement procedure of the supply contract.<\/p>\n
